Sex, Menopause, and Rock n' Roll

  • Archstone Workspace 9145 Springbrook Drive Northwest Coon Rapids, MN, 55433 United States (map)

An honest conversation for women who want real answers, not hype!

There are certain topics women don’t talk about enough: sexual health, menopause, and the chaos that often comes with mid-life changes. Not because they’re unimportant, but because they’re often misunderstood, oversimplified, or treated like taboo.

Sex, Menopause & Rock ’n’ Roll was created to change that.

Our goal is to create an educational, empowering, and safe space for real conversation. We want women to leave feeling informed, validated, and less alone.

This is an in-person, expert-led panel conversation designed to:

  • Clear up confusion and misinformation

  • Normalize conversations we’ve been told not to have

  • Offer thoughtful, real-life insight, not quick fixes or trendy advice

  • Give you space to ask questions anonymously or in the room

We’ll also share questions our experts hear all the time, including the ones many women are thinking but haven’t asked out loud yet.

Meet Our Experts

  1. Romance By Laurel - Laurel is a sexual health expert who brings education, humor, and real talk to conversations around intimacy and connection. She helps women feel more confident, informed, and comfortable when it comes to sexual wellness, without shame or awkwardness.

  2. Sara Larson Coaching - Sara is our expert on menopause and perimenopause. She helps women better understand what’s happening in their bodies, what’s normal, and how to advocate for themselves during this often confusing and overlooked stage of life.

  3. And me, a mid-life reinvention coach who helps women make sense of the chaos that often shows up in mid-life, and turn it into clarity and confidence. My approach to reinvention is intentional, empowering, and anything but destructive. Same woman. New chapter.

The event runs from 5:30–7:00 PM, with the panel starting at 6:00 PM. Feel free to arrive early, get settled, and connect
